We have been established and serving the community as a mobile notary business (All Eyes For You - Mobile Notary) since 2019. We have expanded services available by the addition of a physical office space. The large reason was to offer vehicle transfer services, which require an approved physical space for processing.
We know its challenging to transfer vehicle ownership while juggling multiple work schedules and a majority work during the days. We try to offer flexible hours. While being required to have a minimum # of hours weekly (physically be at the office), we may be available at other times if you simply reach out!
One stop shop for title transfers!
If you need to do a title transfer for DMV/ PennDOT, DCNR or PFBC - we have a contract with each of the departments. Online processing is generally available, which means you can walk out with a plate and registration card. As long as the systems are not down for any reason, PennDOT and DCNR will be processed online. However, there may be some circumstances that do prevent it. At this time, PFBC is strictly paper and mail processing. They do not offer an online process for agents.
A few details to know before you show up:
First, anyone listed on the title needs to be physically present or a valid motor vehicle power of attorney is needed.
Second, driver's licenses cannot be expired!
Third, buyer's need proof of insurance in addition to a valid driver's license for a registration to be issued.
That is the general needs. However, there are circumstances where it varies. If you may have one of those situations, call and we'll get you sorted so it can be handled in one trip.
